How to Write Your Memoir and Get Published
Dr Nike Bourke, award winning author and editor will guide you through the process of life story writing. She will help you organise your ideas, plan your attack and shape your memoir into an engaging story people will enjoy.
Dan Kelly, Publisher, will take you on a trip through the book publishing and retail market. He will show you the way through the maze of manuscript to book store.
1. You will learn about the Publishing and Book Market in Australia. The book process from idea to selling will be presented along with marketing and selling tips and of course the internet and ebooks.A must for any new author.
2. How to setup a book in MS Word. This seminar could save you significant typesetting costs for your book. We will show you how to set up your book using word. You can then email your book and we will make a PDF for you for FREE.
3. The Book Printing Process All covered - papers, colour, binding, quantities, digital or offset etc.
